CHEER THE CHILDREN YOUTH ORGANIZATION (CTC)
CTC is a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to serving children, families, and communities with dignity, responsible stewardship, and transparent program practices.
Requests are reviewed individually based on documented needs shared in the application, urgency, program eligibility, geographic reach, and resources available. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance.
We aim to provide respectful access without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, language, religion, sex, disability, age, or other status protected by applicable law. We do not request passports, Social Security numbers, or immigration documents through our public assistance forms.
We request only information reasonably needed to review, coordinate, and document assistance. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service partners when needed to deliver a program or comply with law.
Programs involving children should use age-appropriate practices, responsible adult supervision, respectful communications, and reasonable measures designed to protect participants from harm, exploitation, or abuse.
Cash and in-kind contributions are intended to support approved charitable programs and operating needs. Donors estimate the value of donated goods for their own records; CTC does not provide tax, legal, or appraisal advice.
Organizations requesting partnership or material support must provide evidence of legal registration and authorized representation. CTC may request additional records, references, budgets, distribution plans, or follow-up documentation before approving support.
Program and partnership decisions should be made in the charitable interest of the communities served. Potential conflicts of interest, misuse of resources, fraud concerns, or diversion for resale may result in additional review, suspension, or denial.
Where practical, CTC may track outputs such as families reached, food rescued, devices placed, educational resources delivered, childcare support provided, and partner reporting. Measures are used to improve programs and communicate impact responsibly.
