    Items We Do Not Accept

    • Mattresses or box springs

    • Large appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers)

    • Broken or heavily damaged items

    • Non-working electronics (please confirm working condition)

    • Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, fuel/propane, pesticides)

    • Weapons or ammunition

    • Items with mold, pests, infestations, or strong odors

    • Used car seats / booster seats (safety reasons)

    • Most medical equipment (varies by program)

    Acceptance may vary depending on safety rules and storage capacity. If unsure, include details in Notes.

    Donation Acknowledgment (Optional)



    Importante:

    CTC may provide a written acknowledgment after donated items are received and verified. The donor—not CTC—is responsible for determining fair market value. CTC does not appraise or assign a monetary value to donated property.



    Note: We may contact you to confirm your donation details, especially for large items or bulk drop-offs. Thank you for supporting our mission.

    Donation Guidelines

    Help us process your donation smoothly:

    • Donate items that are clean, safe, and usable.
    • Include chargers/cables for electronics whenever possible.
    • Furniture must be structurally sound and free of tears/stains.
    • Bulk donations may require scheduling.
