Electronics Donation Form

Help us reduce electronic waste by reusing devices for students and families who need them. We accept electronics donations from individuals and companies. Working devices are best—but we may also accept certain non-working devices for responsible recycling.

    Photos help confirm condition; inventory lists help speed up bulk donation processing. Max 10MB per file.

    Items We Do Not Accept

    • Broken or swollen lithium batteries (safety risk)

    • Loose batteries without devices or safe packaging

    • CRTs (old tube monitors/TVs) in many programs (space/weight limits)

    • Broken TVs (varies by program)

    • Hazardous materials (chemicals, fuel/propane, etc.)

    • Items with heavy damage, mold, or infestation

    • Medical devices requiring sterilization (case-by-case only)

    Donation Acknowledgment (Optional)



    Importante:

    CTC may provide a written acknowledgment after donated items are received and verified. The donor—not CTC—is responsible for determining fair market value. CTC does not appraise or assign a monetary value to donated property.



    Purpose: Donations are assessed for reuse to support low-income students and families. Items not eligible for reuse may be routed to responsible recycling partners. We may contact you to confirm details, especially for bulk or pickup requests.

    What We Accept Most

    These items help students the fastest:

    • Working laptops + chargers
    • Tablets for online learning
    • Monitors + keyboards/mice (for desktop setups)
    • Routers for home connectivity (space permitting)

    High impact: A complete kit (laptop + charger + mouse) helps a student start learning immediately.

    Company Donations

    If you’re donating as a company, you can include an inventory list and asset tag details. We can coordinate scheduling for bulk donations and follow-up verification.
